Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

Domestic shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, delivery location, and delivery method of the vending machine. Many of our machines ship via freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your shipping quote; however, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

Vending Mat offers international shipping worldwide. International shipping costs depend on the machine’s dimensions, weight, destination country, and carrier requirements.

Customers may request a custom shipping quote before placing an order to review estimated shipping costs in advance.

Please note:

  • All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Vending Mat is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by local authorities


Freight & Curbside Delivery

Most vending machines are shipped via freight delivery.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Delivery is curbside only

  • The carrier will deliver the machine to the nearest accessible curb or loading area

  • Inside delivery, liftgate service, or installation services are not included unless specifically arranged in advance

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate access for delivery trucks

  • Proper equipment or assistance to move the machine after delivery

Failure to accept delivery due to access issues may result in additional fees.


Shipping Rates & Quotes

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Machine size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Freight carrier rates

For accuracy and transparency, customers are encouraged to request a personalized shipping quote before completing their purchase.


Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment. While delivery timelines are estimates, tracking information helps keep you informed throughout the shipping process.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage or if any items are missing:

  • Please inspect the shipment upon delivery

  • Report any issues to Vending Mat within 24 hours of delivery

Prompt notification allows us to assist with claims and resolutions as quickly as possible. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to help.


Delays Beyond Our Control

Vending Mat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Labor strikes

  • Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control
